Are you a “Helping Professional”?
Is it your job to care for, and help others?
Does your work involve exposure to trauma?
Is your work high-stress?

If this describes your work – CARE4YOU is a conference for you.

Helping professionals can experience very natural, but negative effects as a result of constantly giving of themselves and caring for others.  Adding trauma-exposure and high levels of stress to the mix can further compromise your health. At CARE4YOU, we give helping professionals the tools to address and manage the normal consequences of the vital work they do.

CARE4YOU is for anyone continuously giving of themselves, caring for and helping others like: Nurses, police, first responders, teachers, doctors, child protection workers, lawyers, social workers, firefighters, union leaders etc.
